Research
IBA CED is engaged in conducting research on the current issues and dimensions of entrepreneurial ecosystem in order to understand the relevant challenges and issues. We conduct qualitative and quantitative research and write case studies on the prominent startups of Pakistan. So far, The IBA CED has conducted multiple donor-funded research reports and trainings for identification, implementation or evaluation of various projects in the field of entrepreneurship. For instance, we contributed in GEM reports on Pakistan from 2010 to 2012, developed training modules for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) and published multiple research and case studies in renowned journals.
This is a recent initiative by us to help students, new as well as experienced entrepreneurs and interested members of the community in general, to overcome any challenges that they may be facing in their ventures by getting advice and prescriptions on how to overcome bottle necks that an entrepreneur may be facing.
